Eligibility

Registration Eligibility

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old. Use of OKKZ by minors is strictly prohibited.
• One Account: Each individual may only register one OKKZ account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address are required and will be verified.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Identity verification via national ID or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

Account Security

Keeping your OKKZ account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. OKKZ is not liable for any activity carried out on your account by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact OKKZ Support immediately.

OKKZ supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x the bonus amount — for example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per member.
• Bets placed with bonus money generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue if not used.
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly with no wagering requirement.
• OKKZ reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All bets on OKKZ are accepted and settled in accordance with specific rules. It is each member's responsibility to understand the relevant game rules before placing a bet.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet confirmation is received, it is considered final.
• If a bet is not placed due to a lost internet connection, system logs will be reviewed.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, OKKZ reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum single bet limit is set individually for each event.

Result Determination

For Sports Betting, the result declared by the official governing body is final. For casino games, results are determined by system logs. In the event of any dispute, OKKZ's decision is final.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment, OKKZ strictly prohibits certain activities. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse/arbitrage).
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting OKKZ staff.

OKKZ reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. In most cases, however, members are informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Closed at the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) can be requested for withdrawal.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily suspend your account (cooling-off) for a set period at any time.
